Touches
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Touches page provides a comprehensive view of every voter contact made by your team. Each “touch” represents a single interaction—whether by phone, text, or door knock—and includes the canvasser, result, method, and notes.
Use this page to monitor campaign activity in real-time, identify trends, and export contact data for reporting.
Statistics
Section titled “Statistics”The top of the page displays key metrics:

| Total Touches | Total number of contacts recorded |
| Positive | Contacts with supportive results (green) |
| Negative | Contacts with opposed results (red) |
| Unique Voters | Number of distinct voters contacted |
| Total Acres | Sum of voting acres for contacted voters |
| Canvassers | Number of team members who made contacts |
Touches Table
Section titled “Touches Table”Each row in the table shows:
- Voter - Name and address (clickable to view voter detail)
- Canvasser - Who made the contact
- Method - Call, Text, or Door
- Result - The canvass outcome with color-coded badge
- Notes - Any notes recorded during the interaction
- Lit - 📄 indicator if literature was left
- Date - When the contact occurred
Results are paginated at 100 per page with Previous/Next navigation.
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Use the filter controls to narrow down contacts:

Exporting Data
Section titled “Exporting Data”Click the Export CSV button to download contact data. The export respects your current filters—so you can export touches for a specific canvasser, district, or date range.
Export includes all columns: voter info, canvasser, method, result, notes, and timestamps.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”Monitoring Activity
Section titled “Monitoring Activity”- Check the Touches page daily to track team progress
- Compare total touches against campaign goals
- Look for canvassers with unusually low or high activity
Quality Review
Section titled “Quality Review”- Review notes for accuracy and helpfulness
- Verify that results match the conversation described in notes
- Identify canvassers who may need additional training

- Filter by canvasser to review individual performance
- Filter by result to find patterns in voter responses
- Export filtered data for team meetings and reports
