Follow-ups

The Follow-ups page helps you find voters who responded positively or neutrally during canvassing and have phone numbers available for follow-up contact. This is your action list for turning warm leads into committed supporters.

Key metrics are displayed at the top:

Each row shows:

  • Voter - Name and address
  • Phone - Phone number with click-to-call and click-to-text actions
  • District - SRP district number
  • Result - Their last canvass result
  • Votes - Their voting acres
  • Actions - Phone icon (call), SMS icon (text), link icon (view details)

The table displays the first 100 results. Use Export to Excel to get the full list.

Click Export to Excel to download an .xlsx file with all matching voters (not just the first 100 shown on screen). The export includes formatted columns with proper widths for easy review.

Use the exported spreadsheet for:

  • Phone banking sessions
  • Distributing call lists to team members
  • Tracking follow-up progress offline
  • Follow up with Supportive voters first to lock in commitments
  • Contact Leaning/Undecided voters with targeted information
  • Focus on voters with higher voting acres for maximum impact
  • Make follow-up calls within 48 hours of initial contact
  • Call during reasonable hours (9 AM–7 PM)
  • Try different times if first attempt goes unanswered
  • Reference the previous canvassing conversation
  • Address any concerns or questions they raised
  • Have a clear ask (volunteer, vote, sign, etc.)
  • Record the new result after the follow-up call
