CEF Users

The CEF Users page provides a comprehensive view of all users of the Clean Energy Friends (CEF) app—the simplified canvassing tool for casual volunteers. Monitor user activity, review contact matching data, and manage user accounts.

Nine metric cards across the top provide a snapshot of CEF engagement:

Checked RegistrationUsers who looked up their voter registration

Each row displays:

  • Name - User’s display name and device ID
  • Phone - Phone number if provided
  • Registration - Click to view registration lookup details
  • Matches - Click to view matched voters from contact sync
  • Votes (Matches) - Total voting acres from contact matches
  • Contacts Made - Number of voter contacts
  • Votes Contacted - Voting acres contacted
  • Status - Badges showing Synced, Verified Voter, Seen Upgrade Banner
  • Created - Account creation date
  • Last Active - Relative time since last activity

Click the registration column to open a dialog showing all voter registration lookups the user performed, including search criteria and results found.

Click the matches column to see all voters matched from the user’s phone contacts, with match confidence levels and voter details.

Use the delete action to remove a CEF user account. This permanently deletes the user and all their associated contacts and history.

  • Monitor Active (7 days) to gauge ongoing CEF engagement
  • Follow up with users who have Synced Contacts but haven’t Made Contacts—they may need encouragement
  • Users who have Seen Upgrade Banner are candidates for the full SRP Canvass app
  • Review Contact Matches to identify high-value connections that should be assigned
